INGREDIENTS: Cod fillets, water, wheat flour, modified corn starch, rapeseed oil, toasted wheat crumbs, yellow corn flour, salt, baking powder, modified palm oil, defatted soy flour, spices, sugar , citric acid, dehydrated lemon peel, lemon juice powder, onion and garlic granules, guar gum and flavouring.
DIRECTIONS: Cook from frozen. Bake in preheated 400°F (200°C) oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F (72°C).
