INSTRUCTIONS :
CONVENTIONAL OVEN (do not unfroze the roduct before cooking) : Preheat the oven at 425 °F (218 °C). Place the chicken pieces on a cooking plate with aluminum foil. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes. Temperature and time may vary. Cook until internal temperature reach 165 °F (74 °C).

MIX OVEN : Preheat the oven at 356 *F (180 °C) with a 40% humidity level. Cook for 6 minutes at the same temperature and humidity level with fan set at maximum speed. Then cook for 16 minute at 356 *F (180 °C) with a 90% humidity level in mix mode with fan set at maximum speed.
